Get Your Family On Board!

Welcome back to our weekly Vlog!

This edition is a follow-up to last week’s 90-Day Blitz Group Coaching Session called “Family First“, where we focused on How to Make Sure the Whole Family Takes the Journey Together.

Today, I’m sharing 3 keys to help you unlock the door to powerful conversations with your family and bringing everyone back into alignment, in the event that things haven’t gone 100% according to plan up until now.

Before watching this video, I want to give a quick piece of background advice: Never underestimate the power of a direct and genuine heart-to-heart family pow wow!! Whether you’re meeting with the whole family together, or just you and your spouse, or perhaps you and one of your children, EVERYONE appreciates and respects the feeling of being valued. And what we’re going to address in this video does just that: it shows your family that you value them, their input, and their experiences as part of your inner circle.

So, I challenge you to put some thought into this convo in advance. Don’t do it on the fly. You wouldn’t wing an important business meeting, and this “family meeting” is just as important as any business meeting you’ll ever have – if you manage it correctly!

And oops! One correction: in the video, I said it relates to Group Coaching Session #7 from our 90-Day Blitz. It’s actually GCS #8, which you can find here. Sorry about that!

Let me know if you have any questions, or would like to dig deeper into this concept!

Sending lots of love your way,

Chaya xoxo
